The B.C. "Chinese Bridge" Mandarin Speech Contest is organized by the Education Office, Consulate General of The People's Republic of China in Vancouver and co-organized by the BC Chinese language teaching professionals. The purpose of this contest is to promote multiculturalism and Chinese language and culture learning.
