1. Registration as "New User"

If you are first time using the Chinese-Testing Center online registration system, you need to registration as one of online user first.

Please click the "New User" on the top of the Registration Home Page, then follow the register steps to become an user.

2. Choose Test

All levels of the new HSK test are listing on the left-hand side of the Webpage (http://www.chinesetesting.cn/goliuchengtu.do) in Chinese.

You can use the following table to know each level in English:

	HSK (Intermediate)

Click the level that you want to register, it will go to the next page showing the brief introduction of the test you chose in Chinese, if you want to see the English version, you can go About New HSK Section 2: New HSK Proficiency Levels.

3. Choose Test Center

Please select as following:

Continent:	America
Country/Region:	Canada
Test Center:	The Confucius Institute at BCIT
Test Date:	2010-11-14

4. Fill out Personal Information

In this page, you need to fill in your personal Information, when you are doing it, please put attention on these points:

 - "Certificate Type" means "ID Type". The ID Type we will accept are:

• Passport
• Canadian ID Card
• Residence Permit
• Canadian Driver's Licence
• Others

 - In the "Notes" section:

• Please inform us the character you want in your test-sheet: Simplified or Traditional.
• Please also inform us that if you want us mail your Score record and Certificate to you.

5. Upload Photo

There are few notes for your upload photo:

 - Photo Requirements: no changes to photos are permitted if uploaded;

 - Photo Requirements: recent bareheaded, full-face, white-color background, two-inch certificate photo, instead of landscape photos or photos of everyday life.

 - Photo Formats: JPG, GIF, PNG;

 - Photo Standards: 180 pixels * 240 pixels;

 - File Size: less than 100K.

For test takers that cannot upload their electronic photos on the registration website, they can use removable storage devices (U disk, mobile hard disk, etc.) to take it to the Test Site, and ask for help from Test Site staffs.

6. Confirm Registration

In this page, you can double check your personal information. Once you confirm with it, then click "Finish" to move to the next page.

7. Registration Confirmed Notes

In this page, you can see a notes with your registration confirmed and you will receive a detail confirmation letter in Chinese by email.

8. Payment

Please make your payment before the registration deadline (April 30, 2010).

9. Admission Card

 - You will receive a email with your confirmed Admission Card after your payment approved;

 - You DO NOT need to print out the Admission Card, since you will pick up the Admission Card before the Test start on the Test date with a valid ID.
